Shipping Policy

How Fitcart processes, dispatches, and delivers your orders.

Our Delivery Process

Our platform processes your order once you place an order on Fitcart.com and successfully pay.

Dispatch Time

Your order will be shipped within three working days from the date of order confirmation. A complete postal address, including pin code, email ID, and contact number, is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order.

Shipping is not processed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Your products are checked and inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition/ label sealed / expiry date matched/ batch number verified, and more.

They pass through the final round of quality checks from our team. They are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partner then ships the package to your address label with a tracking number/ reference number for your records.

Shipping Charges

We charge an additional delivery charge product-wise. The total shipping charges are calculated at the checkout page. The shipping charges vary depending on the order size, package weight, package dimensions, the delivery pin code in India, and the selected shipping option.

Shipment Method

We deliver these shipments promptly using 3rd party courier services that deliver orders to customers on our behalf.

Delivery Time

The order is delivered within 3-10 days from the dispatch date, which will vary depending on location. We try to process your order as quickly as possible; however, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, such as bad weather, flight delays, national holidays or festivals, natural calamities, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Location

We deliver at almost all the central locations across India through 3rd party courier services. However, we may be unable to provide in specific areas due to logistical limitations. You can know about the serviceability at your location by checking your PIN code on the product page you wish to buy.

Delivery is expected at the earliest possible time. We will keep you informed via your registered email, and you can also track your package.

If the delivery partner cannot reach your provided address or reach you at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Order Tracking

You receive an e-mail notification & SMS on your registered mobile number with a link to track your order. Customers can track their order by entering the Airway Bill (AWB) number provided by email via our Track My Package

Customers can also log into their account, click ‘My Orders,’ and easily track their shipment.

How are items packed?

Our sellers package our products in size-appropriate boxes, covered in an outer taped layer and clearly labeled with delivery details and our company details.

Each product is packaged in bubble wrap, and fragile items like bottles and gels are safely secured with additional bubble wrap to prevent breakage or spillage.
